To change your domain header data follow a few simple steps:
- Log into your customer area
- In the left bar menu select "Domains"
- Click "Manage" next to your domain
- In the "Actions" box click "Change header"
- In the box "How to change your domain heading data" click "Continue"
- In case of domain .it, download the dedicated form and fill in the required fields
- Enter all the data related to the new header
- Attach the id documents of both the current header and the new one. In case of domain .it attach the previous form, signed by both parties.
- Click "Send request" to end
We remind you that the modification of the header data of a domain it will take place within 24 hours after sending the request. The one relating to domains with generic extensions will take 5 days from the sending of the documentation to ICAAN.
