Domains with a French extension (.fr) follow a different renewal policy than the others. In fact, a .fr domain must be renewed 30 days before effective expiration, otherwise the domain will be canceled, leaving the customer with a penalty to pay.
A Keliweb customer, by accessing his customer area, in the "Domains" section, will be able to see how the renewal for the .fr domain is set 30 days before the effective expiration of the domain. Furthermore, for .fr domains, any type of NameServer change involves a cost and must be requested through an operator.
