Once you choose the perfect linux hosting plan for your needs, you can start managing your web space. You will get an e-mail from our team, named "New account informations", providing you with your access data and the procedure to process the operation correctly. In the e-mail, look for the section "FTP and cPanel login credentials", to get all the informations you need.
The FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client will transfer your files on the new web space you've just purchased. We suggest to use as client Filezilla, a multi-platform ftp client that is very easy to use even if you are an absolute beginner.
Once you've installed it, open the program and enter, using the data our team provided you in the registration e-mail: ftp server address, username and password.
Once you've correctly entered, you will see a list of files and directories, essential for the correct functioning of your hosting, that you don't have to cancel or remove for any reason. The only directory you can operate on is public_html: this is where you can upload all your website's data.
