To change your domain header data login to your customer area and follow a simple procedure:
- On the left-bar menu click Domains
- Choose the domain by clicking Manage
- Click Change header
- Click Continue
- Download and fill in the form and then enter the new header data
- Attach all the documents and click Confirm
The modification for a .it, .com, .eu, .net, .org domain costs € 9.00 + VAT. For all other extensions, request a quote from our administrative department via the ticket system. The modification of the header data of a .it domain will take place within 24 hours following the request. In all other cases, the current and the new header will receive, within 5 working days of the request, an email from ICAAN.
