What is the Contact Verification?

Starting from January 1, 2014, Registrars of domains with generic extensions (gTLDs) require the Contact Verification for the e-mail address provided by the registrant when registering a domain or in the event of a request to change the contact of an existing domain. The verification takes place, therefore, on the e-mail address registered in the Whois and following the regulations established  by ICAAN.
