To transfer a domain from TopHost to Keliweb just follow a few simple steps. Before proceeding with the transfer, verify that the e-mail of the domain is existing and accessible. In fact, you will receive an e-mail confirming the start of the transfer procedure. Within the same email you will find a link to use in case you wish to interrupt the migration process. If the e-mail is found to be incorrect or different, it will be necessary to contact TopHost and change it. To verify the correctness of your e-mail, just make a Whois.
To transfer your domain you have to:
- Unlock the domain from your TopHost control panel
- Disable the domain Privacy
- Request the Authorization code (AuthInfo / AuthCode / EPP)
- Type the Authorization code when is required.
To unlock your domain you have to:
- Log-in to your TopHost customer area

Select the domain you want to transfer and click on the "lock" symbol on the right to unlock the domain;

Request the Authorization code.
