To configure an e-mail account on Windows Mail follow this simple procedure:
- Open Windows Mail and click, below on the left, "Add E-mail account"
- Enter the following data in the required fields:
- E-mail address : e-mail account
- Password: account password
- Name: e-mail address
3. Flag "Configure the server's settings for e-mail account manually" and click "Continue"
4. Enter the following data in the required fields:
- Type of server: choose between POP3, IMAP or HTTP
- Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com (we remind you to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
- Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com (we remind you to replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name)
- Authentication: not encrypted
- Access ID: enter the ID just in case is different from your e-mail address
5. Click "Continue" and then "End" to complete the configuration.
